Abstract

Objective:To explore the changes of serum Hyp in experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods:Experimental models were produced by repeated injections of pig serum, the contents of Hyp were measured after treatment.Result: Serum Hyp were markedly increased in modle groups(P0.05), serum Hyp levels ,hepatic fibrosis degrees were positive corretlated(r=0.805,P0.05).Conclusions:The serum Hyp levels may be an good indicator of hepatic fibrosis.
