Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation of chromosome karyotypes and habitual abortion. Methods:Detecting the hromosome karyotypes of circular lymphocytes in 110 couples with habitual abortion. Results:Out of 110 cases,41 abnormal chrosome was found, accounting for 18.6% of total cases.Including 29 cases of autosome Abnormalities: 13 cases of balanced reciprocal translocation and 3 cases of Robertsonian translocations,2 cases of inversions,5 cases of satellite increases and 5 cases of secondary constriction.12 cases of sex chromosome abnormalities: 5 cases of large Y chromosom and 7 cases of small Y chromosom. Conclusion There is a close relationship between chromosome karyotypes and habitual abortion, antepartum screening is necessary to the couples for the purpose of depressed.
