Abstract
Objective 154 of 308 cases of habitual abortion chromosome karyotype analysis. Methods 2008-03-2012-03 clinics in 154 couples with habitual abortion in 308 cases, chromosome karyotype and G banding analysis. Results 154 of 308 cases of habitual abortion couples undergoing karyotype and G analysis, found in 50 cases with abnormal chromosome karyotype, abnormal karyotype in the occurrence rate of 16.23%, in which men occur abnormal chromosome karyotype in 14 cases, females have abnormal chromosome karyotype in 36 cases, the ratio of men to women 1: 2.57;6 cases of pericentric inversion of chromosome karyotype abnormalities accounted for 12%,12 cases of abnormal chromosome karyotype chromosome variation accounted for 24%,32 cases of balanced translocations of chromosome abnormalities in 64%. Conclusion Habitual abortion couples formed with abnormal karyotypes have direct relation, in habitual abortion of chromosome karyotype check is very necessary, the abnormal chromosome karyotype carriers for diagnosis, medical genetics theory.
