On the Construction of Teachers’ Professional Learning Community

As a way to promote teachers’ professional development,teachers’ professional learning community has its significance.Based on the analysis of the data from RICH teachers’ learning community,this article seeks to explore the construction of teachers’ learning community from four aspects,namely shared values vision,personal relationship,community reflection and democratic leadership.And finally draws a conclusion that none of the four aspects can be neglected.
