The modern western professional learning community theories came into being with the development of teachers' professionalizing and the urgent need of teaching quality improvement.After theories of community,learning organization and learning community,theories of professional learning community have gradually become perfect.Successful professional learning community not only has such five attributes as supportive and shared leadership,shared value and vision,collective creativity,shared personal practice and supportive conditions,but also has three basic ideologies like focus on learning,a collaborative culture and focus on results.
