Abstract
Objective:To observe the pharmacological role of Heimayi Jiangtang capsule on the treatment of diabetes.Methods:Diabetes mellitus mice and rats models were established by alloxan injection in vena caudalis and 25% glucose were injected peritoneally,to observe the pharmacological role of Heimayi Jiangtang capsule on treatment of diabetes.Results:Heimayi Jiangtang capsule could significantly inhibit the alloxan-induced hyperglycemia of mice and rats,could improve the glucose tolerance of rats,Conclusion:The Heimayi Jiangtang capsule had the pharmacological role of decrease the plasma glucose on improve the symptom of the diabetes.
