Yinchuan Community Health Service Present Situation and Satisfaction Degree of the Residents

Objective By investigating and analyzing the running condition of the community health services and degree satisfaction of the residents receiving the services to discuss existing problems in community health services and developing prospects in the future.Methods The visual encounter survey was taken to investigate the satisfaction degree of 411 residents vesting the community health service(CHS)stations to various items of work in CHS.Meanwhile the sampling survey was also taken to investigate the working situation of Yinchuan CHS organizations.Results The satisfaction degree of the visiting residents was higher than 80.0 % except for physicians' skill,medical equipment and expenses.The satisfaction degree of visiting residents to the medical equipment was the lowest,being only 38.4 %.The family health record was set up in CHS organizations.The health propaganda was the main way of health education,and oral instruction was the main way of rehabilitation,and planning immunization was conduced in 85.7 % of the CHS organization.Conclusion The hardware facility of CHS organizations should be improved with a great effort,the model of medical expense should be reasonably adjusted pattern,and the medical stuff's skill needs to be raised,so as to make more residents to accept the CHS.
