INVESTIGATION ON THE UTILIZATION AND SATISFACTION DEGREE OF COMMUNITY RESIDENTS IN URUMQI TO COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES

[Objective]To learn the utilization and satisfaction degree of community residents in Urumqi city to community health services(CHS)so as to provide evidence for policy and measure of CHS.[Methods]Stratified randomly sampling was taken in questionnaire survey of 700 residents visiting CHS centers(stations)in Urumqi city.[Results](1)The rate of owning various kinds medical insurance of residents were high.The main reasons of selecting CHS included convenience of visiting(76.46%),service attitude(41.65%)and medical insurance(26.53%).Receiving medical was the main type of residents visiting CHS.The rate of visiting CHS within 2 times was 39.6% and 27.1% above 6 times.The awareness rate of residents to community public health services was 66.1%.The coverage rate of medical treatment and health care to special crowd was 60% above.(2)The general satisfaction rate of the residents in Urumqi city on CHS was 60.59%.The satisfaction rate on convenience of visiting,service attitude,degree of being respected were high,but the satisfactions rate on the equipment conditions,prices of service and medicine was lower.[Conclusion]The users' utilization of medical care and public health care was imbalance,the general satisfaction degree was not high and individual server could be improved.The government should increase investment and propaganda to improve the development of CHS.
