Abstract
Synthesizing method of cyclohexyl acetate from acetic acid and cyclohexanol catalyzed by aminosulfonic acid is studied.Influence factors on esterification reaction are discussed. The optimum reaction condition of esterification is selected as following:the proportion of alcohol and acid was 1∶2 (0.4 mol∶0.8 mol),the catalyst of aminosulfonic acid was 1.9 g,the water carrying of cyclohexane was 15 ml,the reaction time was 110 min,and the collection ratio of ester was 84.5%.In comparison with other catalysts such as ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate, iron chloride and so on,the experimental results indicate that the aminosulfonic acid catalyst shows less quantity of catalyst used, better effect of repetition use, shorter reaction time, higher collection ratio of ester and simpler method.
