Clinical Analysis of 62 Cases COPD Treated with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effects of the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Method:62 cases with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and the patients in control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine,The clinical results were compared between two groups. Result:The total effective rate was 87.5% and 66.7% in treatment group and control group,There's significant difference(X2=4.931,P0.05);After treatment,FEVl,FVC in the two groups were improved.In the observation group,FEV1,FEV1/FVC improvement were superior to those in the control group(t=1.684、2.322,P0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese and western medicine is an effective treatment for the patients with COPD,and it can improve lung function,improve the clinical efficacy and the quality of life.
