Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of the combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the patients with Chromic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). METHOD 50 cases with COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the control group was treated with Conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. The clinical results were compared for these two groups. RESULTS Observation of clinical total effective rate was 96.00% higher than the clinical total effective rate 56.00%, with significant difference (χ2=10.9649, P0.01, see Table 1) ; After treatment, the two groups after treatment FEV1, FVC are than before treatment showed steady improvements in the observation group FEV1 improvement after treatment compared with the control group with significant difference (t =2.7971, P 0.01, see Table 2) ; Observer Group FEV1/FVC improvement after treatment compared with the control group, a significant difference (t=2.5436, P 0.05, see Table 2) ; Observation group and control group in the course of treatment wereno obvious adverse reactions. CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is effective treatment of the patients with COPD, which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
