Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 120 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan decoction on the base of the control group. The total effective rate, lung function after treatment in two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than 78.3% in the control group, with significant difference(P0.05).Lung function after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference(P0.05).Lung function after treatment in two groups was better than that before treatment, with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
