Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in aortic dissection.Method Enhanced spiral CT was performed in 31 patients with aortic dissection, then the source imaging was reconstructed with multiplanar reformation(MPR),three dimenticanal surface shadow display(SSD) and volume rendering(VR) imaging reconstruction. Results Enhanced CT scanning and reconstruction can clearly display aortic enlargement, arterial wall calcification as well as ture or false cavities, crevasse position and intima stripping range of artery dissection. Conclusions Spiral CT can offer enough information for clinical treatment of aortic dissection and meet the diagnostic demand of aortic dissection the diagnosis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
