Abstract

Objective:Effect of extract in Qinghai lycium barbayium leaf on the exercise capacity of hypoxic acute exercise mice.Methods:①60 mice were divided into three groups,namely control group,training group,training +QLBL group,with 20 mice in each;②The swimming training was performed in the mice of training group and training +QLBL group,for four weeks;③Everyday the mice of training +QLBL groupwere injected intragastrically with qinghai lycium barbariuum Leaf.④After four weeks,the mice's exhaustive swimming time,blood LDH activity,SOD activity,GSH-PX activity and MDA,BLA content were determined after exhaustive swimming.Conclusion:①The exhaustive swimming time of mice:The time of training +QLBL group was significantly longer than that of training group(P0.05) .②The LDH activity and MDA,BLA content:They were all increased significantly in training group,compared with training +QLBL group(P0.05) ③Blood SOD activity and GSH-PX activity of training group was significantly lower than those of training +QLBL group(P0.05) .
