Abstract

Objective To measure the normal blood volume of thepancreas with dynamic CT perfusion imaging. Methods 32 subjectswithout pancreatic disease were studied. They were examined withGE Lightspeed QX/I Scanner.Time series data sets were analyzedwith CT perfusion 2,a soft ware from GE Medical System. Results The data of the blood volume of pancreas were asfollows:①273.541±71.42ml·100g-1·min-1 of the pancreatichead.②331.464±79.32ml·100g-1·min-1 of the body and tailof the pancreas.T test for the difference of blood flow betweendifferent sections of pancreatic tissues was significant(P=0.01820.05). Conclusion The blood perfusion is different between thepancreatic head and its body and tail.
