Abstract

Objective: Using multi-slice CT(MSCT)perfusion techology to evaluate the feature of 64-Slice CT perfusion imaging(CTPI)in normal pancreas.Methods:64-Slice CT perfusion imaging was performed on 60 patients without pancreatic disease. The perfusion parameters were calculated and analyzed, including Perfusion parameters blood flow(BF),blood volume(BV),peak enhancement imaging(PEI),and time to peak(TTP).Results:The perfusion parameter BF of the normal pancreas reduced with age while TTP increased with age.MTT and BV had no obvious trend with age; There was no difference between the pancreatic head and body-tail.Conclusion:64-Slice CT perfusion imaging of the pancreas continues to be a feasible and effective method of reflecting the hemodynamic changes of pancreatic tissue.
