Abstract

Objective Studying the reasons and the characteristics of causing the incidence of cervical disease,to provide clinical reasons for early prevention of cervical cancer. Methods Conducting clinical analysis of the 968 cases of clinical cervical disease patients in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2008,mainly focused on studying the multiple factors and related risk factors. Results The benign cervical lesions accounted for 92.56%(including cervicitis diseases accounted for 83.78%),cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN,cervical precancerous lesions)accounted for 7.02%,cervical cancer accounted for 0.42%.In patients with benign lesions in cervical human papillomavirus (HPV)-positive rate was only 18.19%,while the cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer were HPV positive rate as high as 66.18%,75.00%.the peak age of the cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer are during the period of 30 years old to 50 years old, from the analysis shows that the high risk factors of morbidity coming from having sexual life too early(especially less than 16 years old),multiple sex partners,Unsanitary sex, sexual partners phimosis, with sexually transmitted diseases history, chronic cervicitis,HPV infection. Conclusion Vigorously promoting sexual health knowledge to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, actively treating cervicitis lesions, especially for the patients with chronic cervicitis in the age of 30 to 50 and the married women with HPV infection in line liquid-based cytology test (LCT) of early cervical cancer screening.
