Abstract

[Objective] To investigate the pathogenesis and incidence of cervix disease so as to provide evidence for early diagnosis and prevention. [Methods] The questionnaire, gynecology physical examination and pathological types examination were undertaken to investigate the high risk factor of the general condition of cervical lesions and cervical carcinoma. [Results] Among 2450 Women, the HPV infectious rate was 20.31% ,the rate of the women of abnormal cervical intraepithelial was 76.54%,86.72% of them were inflammation diseases,3.13% of them were benign tumor,7.01% of them were cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN),and 0.93% of them was invasive carcinoma. The correlated factors for the precancerous change and cervix cancer were:HPV infection, excessive sex partners, and those with a history of sexually transmitted diseases. [Conclusion] Cervicitis was popular in women of Liuzhou,so we should strengthen the health education,follow-up and regular examination for women with abnormal cervical epithelial cell.
