Clinical Study of 3328 cases Cervical diseases

Objective:To inquire cervical diseases morbidity and character and to supply the basic of diagnosis and treatment.Method:To study all the clinical information of 3 328 cases cervical disease patients from Jan.2001 to Oct.2004.Results:The cervical inflammatory lesions took up 82 percent..The cervical invasive cancer was 0.3 percent.632.patients were with HPV(+).The cervical benign lesions with HPV(+) took up 64 percent,90 percent was cervical invasive cancer with HPV(+).The cervical benign lesions with HPV(+) was lower than CIN and cervical cancer with HPV(+).The high summit age of infected HPV was from 18 to 28,and the high of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions was form 30 to 48..The high dangerous factors to cervical disease were continuous HPV(+),many sexual lovers,disease spread by sexual lover.Conclusion:It is very important to treat the cervical inflammation lesions,follow up and check the patients with HPV(+).The women from 30 to 48 are the important crowd to diagnose and treat in cervical disease.
