Abstract
To explore the relationship between the expression of P-glycoprotin (P170) in cervical carcinoma and the chemotherapy, 70 cases of cervical carcinoma, 24 cases of CIN and 9 cases of normal cervix were examined with S-P immunohistochemistry in this article. Result:The positive expression rates of P170 in cervical carcinoma significantly increased after chemotherapy. No significant relationship was found between P170 positive expression and clinical stage, histologic type and differetiated degree of cervical carcinoma. Detecting P170 in carcinomous tissue has instructive effect on the chemotherapy of cervical carcinoma.
