Abstract
Objective To evaluate transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy application value.Methods Clinically diagnosed 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients with transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography examination.Results Diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transabdominal ultrasonography in line with the rate is 58%,diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasonography in line with the rate is 89%.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography with transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has obvious advantages,making the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate can be improved,with a higher value in the clinic.
