Abstract
Objective To explore the value of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy. Methods 67 patients with ectopic pregnancy were examined by transabdominal(TAS) and transvaginal(TVS) ultrasonography, and the results of the two methods were recorded and analyzed. Results Detection rate of adnexal masses and blastocysts By TVS was 97.01%, which is much higher than the percentage by TAS. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography is verified to have significant clinical value in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy.
