Abstract

Objective:To evaluate Ramipril combained spiranolactone's effect on patients from congestive heart failure(CHF) complicated by ventricular arrthythmias.Methods:Patients were treated with Ramipril and spiranolactone. Then observed 24h DCG change for ventricular arrthythmias carefully within 48h in hospital and after 4 weeks' treatment. Results:After 4 weeks' treatment,CHF complicated by ventriclar arrhythmias are obviously reduced. Its pernicious degree drops. Besides,The heart function is improved. Conclusion:Ramipril and spiranolactone have a good effect on treating CHF complicated by ventricular arrthythmias.
