The influence of ramipril in addition to valsartan on heart remdoeling and function in chronic heart failure patients

Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of ramipril in addition to valsartan on heart remodeling and function in chronic heart failure patients. Methods Heart structure and function were measured in 150 patients after 6 month treatment of ramipril in addition to valsartan. Results LVDD?LAD?FS?EF?heart thoracic ratio were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion combination of ramipril,valsartan can improve the remodeling and heart function in chronic heart failure.
