Building a new socialist countryside is the most important task in developing modern rural economy,and rural finance is the core of modern rural economy.It is necessary to speed up the combination of commercial finance,cooperation financial and the policy finance in the establishment of a modern financial system in rural areas.This article expresses the agricultural policy's contributions to the development of the rural economy and makes an empirical analysis of agricultural policy finance and rural economy.In the end,recommendations to the agricultural policy finance of its developing focus in the rural economy are given.
