On the Rural Policy-oriented Finance Supporting the Development of Modern Agriculture Based on Functional Perspective

Rural policy-oriented finance is an important component of the the rural financial system,It is also an important short-cut and institutional arrangements which promote rural areas to change from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture as soon as possible and further to promote the development of agriculture fast and good.Through an empirical analysis of the Impacts of agricultural policy-oriented finance on agricultural economy,this article come to that there was a significant positive correlation between the growth of rural economy and agricultural policy-oriented finance.We must have a scientific understanding of institutional functions of rural policy-oriented finance and its important role in the construction of modern agriculture from strategic altitude,we should reconstruct the service system of rural policy-oriented finance and establish and improve the rural finance`s coordinated development and the mechanism of joint effort to protect agriculture with the leading of rural policy-oriented finance.
