Coordination between Commercial Finance and Policy-based Finance in the Rural Financial System

Abstract

Significant differences exist in China's agriculture and rural economic development in various regions.The imbalance of rural financial demands lead to financial system lagging behind the rural economic development,and hinder the resolution of Chinese three-dimensional rural issues —rural economy,rural development and rural demography.Therefore,in the process of deepening rural finance institutional reform,only by coordinating the policy-based finance and commercial finance,can it be beneficial to the long term development of rural finance.From the perspective of the main body of China's rual finance,this article analyzed the existing problems in the rural financial system,as well as the relations between policy-based finance and commercial finance,it also proposed that the development of policy-based finance and commercial finance should be coordinated to improve the construction of rural financial system.
