Rural finance is the core of modern rural economy.In order to create a long-term mechanism of the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers supported by rural finance and realize the prosperity and development of rural economy,we must strive to build a modern rural financial system.This paper analyzes the concrete approach of the construction of modern rural financial system from the aspects of building diversified rural financial system,developing rural insurance,establishing the mechanism of rural credit guaranty and incentive policy and promoting the innovation of rural finance.
