The significance of OPN & MMP-9 in the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer

【Objective】 explore expression of OPN,MMP-9 in pan-creatic cancer.【Methods】 Detected 46 cases who having pancreatic cancer resection of OPN,MMP-9 expression of normal pancreatic tissue and pancreatic cancer tissue by immunohistochemistry,and different degree of tumor differentiation,clinical stage and lymph node samples were analyzed.【Results】 Between pancreatic cancer and normal pancreatic tissue OPN,MMP-9 expression rates were significantly different(P 0.05),pancreatic cancer tissue was significantly higher than the normal pancreatic tissue;between pancreatic cancer and normal tissue,Expression of two macromolecular protein Closely related with degree of differentiation pancreatic cancer cell and TNM stage(P 0.05).Between Lymph node metastasis and on Lymph node metastasis OPN expression were significant difference(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 OPN,MMP-9 are closely related with protein pancreatic cancer development.
