Abstract

Opinions vary on the legal attribute of network virtue property.All efforts which try to bring the network virtue property into the system of real right,credit or intellectual property right,can hardly realize the logic self-consistency of current property system.The essence of network virtue property is a kind of electronic information,of which the property right can be defined.From the intellectual creative information to ordinary information,beyond the extension of intellectual property right we should construct the information property right system,under which the network virtue property can be effectively protected.
