Abstract
Frequent virtual property rights dispute has triggered off a series of social problems,which challenges the traditional legal system.But the relevant provisions of China's current law are almost a blank with a vague definition.It is believed that the network of virtual property is property in nature.As a combination of the virtual and real,it is dependent on time,space,and technology.The Network property is classified into three categories in this paper.It is claimed that it has double characters as both Network virtue property and creditor property.
