Construction Practicability of Information Property Rights from Study on Transmutation of Property Concept

Information as a factual type of property which has existed,then analyzes and summarizes some traditional concepts of property existing in history,such as the property concept of agricultural society,the property concept of industrial society as well as the property concept of information society,attempting to find out the historical track of the evolution of the concept of property,including the expansion of the object of property rights from the natural objects to the legal fiction of objects,and the developing process of property form from the hegemony of tangible property to the compatibility of intangible property and tangible property.From this point of view,the possibility of construction is analyzed on the informational property right,thus it is considered possible and even indispensable to construct the legal system of informational property right currently.
