Abstract

Information property,including the personal right and property right,is the right for a person in collecting,applying,transferring,storing and controlling relevance information.As a new type of right in information society,information property is closely related to traditional property and intellectual property but there is a clear boundary between them.The establishment and optimization of information property system will be helpful to avoiding and resolving the social conflicts in information society.
