Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and complications of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients who underwent the surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Compared with before surgery,patients' visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth were significantly improved(P0.05).After 7 days and 1 month,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth had further recovery(P0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for cataract was good for visual acuity recover with fewer complications and less astigmatism;which was simple,inexpensive,and worth for further study and promotion.
