Abstract
Objectives For raising care rate of mixed hemorrhoids and protecting the functions of anal, meantime, also for reduceing the postoperative complication, such as pain, bleeding, retention of urine, narrowing of anal skin, etc. We designed the operation by using Incision of external hemorrhoids plus selective suture and injection of internal hemorrhoids. 168consecutive patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomized: Study group (n = 84) patients underwent the operation by using Incision of external hemorrhoids plus selective suture and injection of internal hemorrhoids;Control group (n = 84) patients underwent the classical operation by external excision and internal separation with ligational. The result: Study group had 83 cases (98.8% ) one care rate, only one patient (1.19%) had secondary operation ; The control group had 73 cases (86.9 %) one care rate and 11(13.1%) cases patient had secondary operation Our study shows that the study operation has great advantages of less surgical injury, shortening treatment course, raising cure rate , reduceing the postoperative complication and protecting the anal functions.
