Abstract

Objective To investigate the effct of a new method in the treatment of combined hemorrhoids.Method Seventy-five patients with combined hemorrihoids were randomly assigned to two groups. The study group(n=38) were adopted internal hemorrhoids susplension.and external hemorrhoids resection and the control group(n=37) were adopted traditinal hemorrhoidectomy. Results Compared with the control group, the study group could obviously lessen postoperation complication such as pain, bleeding, oedema, difficult urination and defecation, and short healing time and length of stay(LOS).Conclusion Internal hemorrhoids susplension and external hemorrhoids resection has the advantage of little pain, few complication, shorter LOS and faster healing.
