Abstract
Objective To improve care rate of mixed hemorrhoids and protect the functions of anal, meantime, reduce the postoperative complication, such as pain, bleeding, retention of urine, narrowing of anal skin, etc. Methods We designed the operation by using Incision of external hemorrhoids plus suture and injection of interrral hemorrhoids.148 cases consecutive patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups at simple ranodm: Study group (n=74) patients were underwent the operation by using Incision of external hemorrhoids plus selective suture and injection of internal hemorrhoids;Control group (n= 74) patients were underwent the classical operation by external excision and internal separation with ligational. Result Study group had 73 cases (97.30%) one care rate, two patient (2.70%) had secondary operation ;The control group had 63 cases (85.14 %) one care rate and 11(14.86%) cases patient had secondary operation. Conclusion Our study shows that the study operation has move advantages, less surgical injury, and shorter treatment course, raising cure rate, and in can reduce the postoperative complication and protace the anal functions..
