Abstract
The fermentation conditions of aspergillus niger producing xylanase were studied by single facter experiment and response surface method. The results were as follows: bran 40g/L,(NH4)2SO4 4g/L,KH2PO4 4g/L,MgSO4 0.8g/L,Tween80 1g/L,initial pH value 5.0,inoculation volume 8.0%,temperature 30℃,under these conditions, the activity of xylanase was reached 1456.27IU/mL.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
