Abstract

Effects of carbon source, nitrogen souce and other factors on xylanase production of Aspergillus niger SP-1 were studied. The results showed the optimal conditions for enzyme formation were 70 g/L corn-cob,3 g/L NaNO3 and 3g/L(NH4)2SO4,pH5.4~6.0.The xylanase acitivity was above 300 IU/mL.
