Abstract
Fermentation condition for Aspergillus niger to produce xylanase was determined by single factor experiment,and enzyme-producing model was studied. The results indicated that optimum carbohydrate source was 2% bran,optimum nitrogen source was 1% yeast extract,liquid loading volume 50 mL/250mL,pH value 5.0, cultured at 28℃,cultured for 72 hours,rotation speed was 150 r/min,addition content of Tween-80 was 0.5%.The enzyme-producing model of the strain was identified as producing-synchronize type by analyzing the relationship of xylanase-producing and the growth of cell.
