Abstract
Objective To study therapeutic effect and safety trilogy treatment of esomeprazole, levofloxacin and amoxicillin on helicobacter pylori infection (Hp).Methods 116 cases of positive chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were randomly into two groups.Patients in treatment group were treated with one-week trilogy of esomeprazole, levofloxacin add amoxicillin twice a day.Patients in control group were treated with esomeprazole and Clarithromycin and cont twice a day for a week. The two groups had been rechecked five weeks treatment later to observe the eradication rate of Hp,clinical symptoms and side effect. Results The eradication rate of Hp was 91.4% vs 87.9% in treatment group and control group. There is no obvious difference between two group (P0.05).Clinical symptoms and adverse effect of the treatment group were less than the control group. Conclusion The one-week trilogy treatment of esomeprazole, levofloxacin and amoxicillin is ideal protocol for the treatment of Hp infection.
