Abstract

Objective:To study therapeutic effect and safety of one-week trilogy treatment of omeprazole, levofloxacin, and amoxicillin on helicobacter pylori infection(HP).Methods:Ninety-two cases of plsitive chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were randomly into two groups. There treatment group were treated with one-week trilogy of omeprazole(20 mg twice a day),levofloxacin(200 mg twice a day),and amoxicillin(1000 mg twice a day)while the cont amoxicillin rol group were treated with omeprazole(20 mg twice a day),Clarithromycin(200 mg twice a day)and amoxicillin(1000 mg twice a day)for a week. The two groups had been rechecked four-week treatment later to watch the eradication rate and incidence of adverse rate. Results:The eradication rate is 93.7% vs 88.6% in treatment group and control group. There is no obvious difference between two group(P0.005).Conclusion:The one-week trilogy treatment of omeprazole, levofloxacin, and amoxicillin is ideal protocol and one of options for the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection.
