Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of combined detection of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and adenosine deaminase(ADA) in tuberculous Pleural effusion. Methods 186 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion groups were divided into tuberculous group(75 cases) and control group(111 cases) respectively, and LDH and ADA in plasma and pleural effusion were detected. Results Plasma LDH and ADA levels in tuberculous group were higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of lactate dehydrogenase and adenosine deaminase has high value of in diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.
