Abstract

Confronted with the new circumstances of reform of Chinese college English,it becomes a heated discussion to promote teachers' professional development,which is not only in accordance with the requirements of the reform,enable the teachers to better meet the new challenges,but also is essential for students' interests in English learning to be aroused.Besed on the typical problems of teachers' professional development,from the perspective of its connotations,this paper is aimed at exploring the solutions from the contimuous process of pre-teaching,while-teaching and after-teaching.
