Abstract
The polysaccharides were extracted from Flammulina velutipes by combined-enzyme method and detected by spectral analysis. The factors including dose of cellulase and papain,pH,digestion temperature and time were analyzed by orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum enzymatic Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides extraction conditions were enzymatic reaction temperature,60 ℃;Mass ratio of compound enzyme,0.5%;Application ratio of papain to cellulase,2∶1;pH,6.0;Reaction time,2 h.The extraction yield was up to 9.1% under these conditions.
