Abstract
The experiment was designed to study the extraction conditions of water soluble polysaccharides from fresh Flammulina velutipes. The experimental results showed that the optimum technological conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1:30,temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 4 h,times of extraction 2 and pH 7. Under these conditions, the extraction yield is up to 1.63%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
