Abstract
The optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Flammulina velutipes were investigated. The extraction temperature, time, frequency, and the proportion of water volume were discussed with the orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal condition of extraction was adding 30 times of water as much as fruiting body, 95 ℃ for 3 hours and extracting 2 times, the yield rate of extraction of crude polysaccharides was 1.54%. The polysaccharides were primary purified with 5% trichloroacetic acid Butanol ag, Chloroform Butanol ag (5:1).
