Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of comfort nursing model during the perioperative period of patients with pacemaker implantation. Methods We selected 88 cases of pacemaker implantation in patients, according to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 44 cases. The control group received routine nursing;the observation group on the basis of routine nursing, implement comfortable nursing according to the condition of patients, blood pressure, compared two groups of patients with anxiety, pain, improve nursing satisfaction index. Results The observation group of abnormal blood pressure ratio, the anxiety level is lower than the control group, the improvement of pain and satisfaction with care was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing model can improve clinical therapeutic effects and nursing quality of patients with pacemaker implantation. It has a widely value for clinical application.
