Abstract
Experiment was carried out using three varieties of Cerasus humilis Bunge as material for studies of its tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques. The results showed that: ①The disinfection effects was the best using the lateral bud of young stems as explant.②The medium MS+6-BA 0.4 mg/L+ IAA 0.4 mg/L+30 g/L sugar+6 g/L agar was the optimal one for germination, and the medium MS+6-BA 0.4 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L+30 g/L sugar+6 g/L agar was the optimal one for differentiation. ③The effective medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+30 g/L sugar+6 g/L agar. ④The best transplanting base material was mountain soil.
