Abstract

[Objective]The research aimed to study the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Prunus mongolica Maxim.[Method]Young stems were used as explants to study tissue culture of Prunus mongolica Maxim.[Result]The results showed that the best explant induction medium was MS + 6-BA 0.80 mg/L + IAA1.20 mg/L + 30 g/L Sugar + 5 g/L agar powder(pH value 6.0-6.2),the callus inducton medium was MS + 6-BA 1.00 mg/L + NAA 0.10 mg/L + 30 g/L Sugar + 5 g/L agar powder(pH value 6.0-6.2),the shoot multiplication medium was MS + 6-BA 0.80 mg/L + IAA 1.50 mg/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L + 30 g/L Sugar + 5 g/L agar powder(pH value 6.0-6.2),and the rooting medium was 1 /2 MS + IBA 0.50 mg/L + phloridzin 5.00 mg/L + 15 g/L Sugar + 5 g/L agar powder(pH value 6.0-6.2),the transplant soil components of turf,vermiculite and perlite was 2:1:1.[Conclusion]The study can lay the reference for variety modifying and industrial beeding.
